As soon as my details were passed to a customer advisor (agent) on the Live Chat, I found the communication was straight-forward, my questions were answered efficiently and I felt valued as a customer. The auto-questions beforehand were rather clunky and repetitive but I understand that's what keeps the insurance premiums lower!
