At first I was quite hesitant as the only way of communication was live chat but when I tried it a few times it was soo helpful, I get more done on the live chat than I used to on the phone it just ran so smoothly and quickly. For me getting insurance has always been a hassle and ongoing emails and there’s always something wrong but I was quite surprised at how hassle free it was. They were very lenient as to when to submit my documents as my previous insurance company took a while to send me my NCB. I also love the Blackbox dashboard system. I can see exactly where I went wrong on what date and which road and the rewards are an added bonus😜👌🏼.
