Overall haven't had any issues. Took out insurance the other day and was the best quote I could find compared to other insurance companies, and their customer service seem to be quite helpful. Only thing I’d say is that they don’t have an on the phone customer service, it’s on live chat, which may be a struggle for older people, and is also slightly frustrating as you have no clue what number you are in the que at all. So you just wait till you receive a message which feels like forever just staring at your phone. Also when taking out insurance I didn’t have the option when filling out all my details and information to add breakdown cover, so I had to take this out separately when asked on live chat, it didn’t take very long but it would just be more efficient to have the option when taking out the insurance.
