I have had an email saying I have a blocker on my blackboard and to contact the service line if that was not the case, so when in contact I was waiting 15-20 to be placed through to someone and all that was said to me afterwards was that carrot will be in contact with me over the issue, and currently a week later and no response has been sent to me over the issue.
