Been with carrot for almost a year and I’ve got to say every time I need to ask a question or have any concerns they are absolutely brilliant at helping!
I always thought the live chat would be a waste of time but it’s AMAZING! I don’t usually like talking on live chats as I don’t feel like I get anywhere but carrots live chat has super quick responses, they are helpful and super friendly!
