I’ve had good experiences with the staff using online chat, staff have always been polite and knowledgable. Carrot insurance had the lowest price option for me by far, being a young driver I struggle to find good price options even with a black box. Installing the box was quick and easy to set up and the man who fitted it was very polite and efficient. Not to mention the black box it’s self which is really easy to follow on the dashboard website and the option to earn rewards is INCREDIBLE.
