Carrot has offered a decent service thus forth. I've been with them since 2018, and their customer service used to be difficult to reach; however, now, as they've shifted to purely LiveChat, it makes contacting them much easier and quicker. Their rewards service is excellent, and the premium if offered for a great price.
So far, I haven't got any complaints other than some minor issues with customer service.
