Very friendly and available. Their staff are all willing to help you and will go the extra mile. I was considering going to Lloyds as was given a really cheap quote on compare the market web page. No wonder it was cheap as when i called to take the deal the agent might as well have been a cast from a very badly made zombie movie. Sounded like i had forced my way into someones home uninvited only to be greeted by a moody teenage zombie. If this is the service in the beginning then i think its best to avoid altogether. Then after reading all the reviews I realised this was not a one off but a regular encounter experienced by most of there unfortunate customers. Called Churchill and took out the insurance with a very friendly agent called Jack. THAT WAS LITERALLY A CLOSE CALL OR ....NEAR MISS if you excuse the pun. Thank you Churchill great service
