Two years ago Churchill informed me that they would take off the incident which occurred in December 2020 due to the fact that Churchill was of no help whatsoever and I paid for my own car repairs which I actually stated from the outset.
I reiterated this to T….. but she has refused to delete this which leaves me with no option but to file a complaint with the financial ombudsman seeking compensation for the high premiums which I am paying now due to your incompetence.
She has stated that this should not affect my premiums but indeed my premiums have doubled through no fault of my own and insurance companies are querying this incident.
I spoke to J…. today and tried to get through to T…….but even J…. was unable to get through to anybody In his own company.
You obviously do not have enough staff to pick up the phones to deal with customers As I have spent the whole morning to no avail and phones ringing and ringing with no pick-up.
I have also been informed by other insurance companies that there is something regarding an incident on 2018 and 2019 to which I do not know anything about but these were submitted by you
Churchill is refusing to rectify this matter despite being told two years ago that this Incident would be deleted from my insurance car policy record
