Renewed my car insurance after being told that I could add on my son at a latter date on a provision and full license insurance (all details given over the phone) when he passed his test.
He passed his test with his instructors few weeks after and rang Churchill to change insurance details. After again filling in adviser questions I was informed that they could not insure him.tried to get insurance back for miss sold information. They charged me £53 to cancel insurance.
