Ive just called Churchill to put an extra car on my policy for 28 days as mine is in for repair. I was on hold for a little while because they were experiencing a high volume of calls, I knew I would be though as they put a message on their website stating this. When I got through this wonderful ladies voice started talking to me & I didn't catch her name but she was a breath of fresh air! She was so polite & lovely I instantly warmed to her. I suffer with anxiety & making phone calls makes me quite panicky, instantly she cheered me up, she was so cheerful & lovely. She couldn't help me with my reason for phoning but passed me on to someone that could. I didn't get his name either but he was also lovely & helpful. They both make calling companies less daunting.
