Trustworthy!
It isn't often you have to encounter the customer service of an insurance company. If something goes wrong and you have to make a claim, that's pretty much the only time.
But recently we were contacted by Churchill to say they had made an error on our car insurance. They had overestimated (and therefore overcharged us) by £240. They were writing to say that they were going to repay the money AND pay us compound interest on that amount for the period they'd owed us the money. So over £270 hit out bank account.
We did nothing - it was all on them to realise there was a problem, decide to pay interest and get it paid to us.
Perhaps this should be more normal practice, but they've really gone up in my estimation of trustworthiness.
