windscreen replacement provider is a joke surely. Contacted them today to replace my cracked windscreen,and yes the crack obscures the view from the drives seat and I have to wait 9 days for the replacement.This is just unacceptable. Do Churchill honestly think that is a reasonable response ?.Perhaps they would like to refund 9 days insurance cost while the car is unusable.Never waited this long before, same or next day was usual.Doubt if I will renew with them again if this is the standard of customer care!
