Unfair cancellation fee.
When I sold my car halfway through the policy period, Churchill charged me the full value of the rest of the policy. Their small print does warn you of this, but it's completely unreasonable. Especially when customers who pay annually receive a refund if they cancel the policy. I wrote a letter of complaint. No reply after 3 months. They sent the debt collectors. Not Impressed.
