As with all insurance companies the proof of the pudding will come when you have to make a claim. That said the Churchill car insurance policy was extremely competitive, easy to understand and provided better cover than my previous insurer at a lower cost. They are 5 star rated and provide regular e-mail updates on general motoring matters which are mostly a good read. My only criticism was when completing a "fun" online multiple choice motoring quiz they failed to provide the right answers and I could find no easy way of remedying this which made me feel somewhat "cheated" and having wasted my time. Renewal in a few months time will test whether I only received this good offer because I was a new customer with no record of claims in 40 years of driving.
