I asked what allegation the other company has they said we have not received yet and they want to settle on 50% ? Accident happened in April and now in December and no action. There was a camera footage as evidence. They did not chase to get the footage in spite of mentioning, it is so important. Now, they said they have the right to decide for the case to be settled in a partial fault and if I am not happy I need to raise a case to the court by myself!!!. No idea is that possible... please advise!
