After 3 days of house breaking that is when the assessor came to assess the damages
1.The was no sense of urgency as I mentioned that my door was chopped instead they send a security not someone to attend to an emergency and fix the door for us to be able to lock and be secured but we were supposed to spend 3 nights without the door.
2.Kagiso Namane Mogale never show any sense of urgency and he kept on telling me about other people who claims things that they don't have. I don't know if I'm other people I need clarity from him.
3.My kids lost their new shoes, accessories and a lot more other things now tell me how do I replace all those items from this pay out??? This is honestly unfair that we are expected to downgrade from the items lost all in the name of DIAL DIRECT INSURANCE. Where do my best interests lie as your client?? Please ensure that this mess is fixed with immediate effect as I will now resort to the measures of escalating this matter further to the Ombudsman.
