I am now in my third year with Dial Direct and cannot fault them at all when it comes to Customer Service ..... everybody i have ever spoken to has always been so helpful and friendly. When my renewal quote for this year came in it was cosiderably higher than last year and i must admit i did hesitate . I left it for a couple of days and checked all comparison sites for like for like coverage quotes. Wow, the difference! Needless to say I am still with Dial Direct. I couldn't get my premium any less but had i refused it i would have paid a lot more anywhere else! My cover included No claims discount protection, Motor legal protection and RAC Breakdown Assistance, all of which are extra's with many of the other insurers. Keep it up, Dial Direct, and thanks.
