Just cancelled my insurance
Just cancelled my insurance, asked for my no claims information, there is an accident that I have not/never been involved in; I made them aware in December and still nothing has been done, my new insurance is due to be cancelled as they will not remove. Avoid at all costs - 8 phone calls later; 3 hang-ups, 1 complaint - and that's just today and I am nowhere closer to any solution. No-one seems to know anything at all there - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
