Looks ok until you start to make a claim then it becomes an issue, been waiting for a ceiling to be fixed since November, first asked if i wanted to use my own builder and when told then can deal with it they go back and forth with their own builder about price, this is absolutely ridiculous, when you dig deep into the policy doesn't seem to insure you on much nearly everything states we do not cover for,
i will be cancelling my policy as soon as the work is completed
