Excellent Customer Service from Dial Direct. I'm very pleased with them as a Company overall and the first time EVER I've been with a Company for anything who have offered me a decrease and lowered my monthly payments (without any instigation from me) - unheard of and for that reason I will be staying with them for my Car Insurance. If I was to say anything negative it would be that the excesses are a bit too high but other than that very happy.
