Website is easy to navigate, and above all the premium was a lot better than what I was quoted on comparison sites....so much so I had to check I filled in all the details correctly....I had.
That was last year's cover (1st time with DialDirect), this year I had a timely reminder that the insurance was becoming due.....when I received this year's premium I was pretty impressed...it had increased by £7!
Obviously I am still with them....hopefully this will continue.
