I pay £35 a month Direct Debit. My payment was due out today and was paid today but a late payment fee taken out today for £20... tried to speak to somebody and just got an automated generic reply it's impossible to speak to somebody or get put in a ridiculous long cue. Basically add £240 to your yearly premium because they will take £20 off you for everytime you pay on the correct day.
