What out...I think the staff may be programmed too.!.. Linked up to a black box, which reduces their pay if they tell the truth, accept what a customer is saying, or don’t follow the script. Jamie, who gives feed back in customer service must me on a good wack! Mind he does have copy and paste at your disposal, but, I suppose it’s only a matter of time before similar, customers come along with the same name. Waiting to be patronisied and dismissed.
