My son has a smart miles box, his driving is fine. his box has recorded he has had an accident which he hasn't had. the car is showing that it has been driven to places that it hasn't when the car is stationary The stress this has caused as we have been threatened with insurance cancellation on more than one occasion. the customer service is non-existent, I have asked for a callback now on three occasions.
