Do not use this insurance company. Given 14 days from payment not insurance start date to fit the black box. Only leaving 7 days for us to arrange an appointment on receipt of the car. First appointment they cancelled meaning more time to take off work to wait in. App seems to work randomly and when I called them their support staff said they would ring my son and tell him where he was going wrong....no call!!! Awful expensive experience.
Suggest use Woop insurance.
