Ian - my phone ran out and he called me back. It was well after 8pm and he could have just not bothered. Excellent excellent guy - went above and beyond the call of duty to leave me extremely satisfied. Can not praise him enough, Total assets to the company- Ian should be training people on how to make other call handlers do the same job. 110% all day everyday. Thank you.
