I had a real problem trying to find an insurance company who would take me seriously and give me all the options I needed to cover me and my family. Once I had spoken to Ian there was no doubt I would have taken the cover. Ian provided a service that was 100% perfect and with a customer relationship that made me feel human again (this is very hard to find with other insurers).
