I have now dealt with The Insurance Factory twice for insurance policies. Ian Quinn was my go to person on both - totally my choice as I did have engagements with other personnel. I actually asked for him for the second insurance as he impressed me so much on my first engagement. He is welcoming, understanding, intuitive and very logical. He made the whole process clear and was very thorough. He took time to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. A very genuine guy I felt and clearly an asset to the organisation as I returned specifically to him. We got really very reasonable quotes and I was totally reassured we were dealing with an pedigree organisation. Well done.
