Asked them to cancel my insurance 3 days before direct debit was supposed to be taken out. Called them 3 or 4 times before that date. Still got taken. Cancelled it by direct debit and the incompetent fools didn't tell close premium and received and email one month later saying I'm in arrears!
Called them up again and they told me I owe them 300 pound 50 pound for cancellation and 250 for 'paying off the loan?!!! They are pulling figures out of their a** couldn't even explain to me what the 250 was for.
