Really terrible customer service, cancelled my insurance over a month ago and received a copy of my no claims along with a letter to say sorry you are not renewing.
Only to be chased by premium credit 6 weeks later for the direct debit and told it needs to be paid otherwise a black mark will be put on my credit file.
Have now spent the afternoon trying to sort being passed to teams within the group….
Absolutely terrible service, terrible attitude and will 100% definitely not use again.
Be warned - stay clear
