I had a no fault road traffic accident on 28th April 2023.
I still haven't paid the £1,800 damage to my car.
I complained and was told my complaint was 'Unjustified' as all they can do is keep chasing the other party's insurance for the money.
It's been 6 months now.
I've never used Carol Nash for insurance before and needless to say I wouldn't ever use them again.
