absolutely terrible, expensive, dont know own policies.. after my bike was stolen they demand i replace it or pay the next 6 months outright of my contract within 14 days.. changing the policy is a surprise 50quid admin fee for costing me money on the phone. They are charging me a LOT as a non eu citizen with full au motorcycle license.
shop elsewhere.. you realy added stress to a terrible situation you vultures.
