Absolutely appalling customer service. I was. Knocked off my bike last year (luckily I have front n rear cameras as def non fault). The whole experience of making a claim has been one long nightmare from start to now. Their claims team refuse to answer calls, emails, letters etc. Claims handler rude, team leader ignorant. Been trying to get a response from them for well over 2 months now. They are a complete and utter f**King joke.
Do yourself a massive favour and avoid at all costs.
