Policy renewal was agreed and money taken. 2 days later they informed me that they'd changed the conditions of the policy and I was no longer covered. Cancelled verbally and online but still being hounded for money whilst no cover was being provided. Money grabbing con artists no doubt making a fortune out of taking money whilst providing no cover.
This company is without fail the worst I've ever experienced of in 34 years of driving cars and riding motorcycles.
