Its a shame but as the reviews show they appear to have gone down hill in service (been with them for years on and off).
£230 to insure my 650 vstrom great.After a month i renewed the bike to a newer 650 vstrom Carole nash wanted an additional £400!!! to change the bike over.
I canceled the policy and after only a months insurance recieved £80 refund out of the £230 premium.
Fingers well and truly burnt
