Called to change the insurance on my Motorbike as getting a new one. Half way through the current insurance. Told they could not insure the Bike on the existing cover and so would need a new policy. Big expensive quote of course! Looked elsewhere and got it much cheaper so went to cancel existing cover expecting a small refund for the unused time! Nope they wanted £18 to cancel the cover and no refund. Absolute thieves! Avoid this firm. It will catch up with them in due course! Just tell your mates.
