Tried to take out insurance with Carole Nash online to be told it wasn't possible and I needed to ring the office. This wasn't possible as it was the Sunday of the bank holiday weekend, so I took out insurance elsewhere. Even though I haven't required the insurance they have taken payment and are making it very difficult for me to get a refund.
I strongly advise you to use a different insurer.
