Please please avoid this bank at all costs as its staff are unable to respond to you as a person on the phone but to pass you around endlessly, do endless security each time you reach another person and then still not help but pass you elsewhere the cut you off for the fifth time!! Wasted 13 hours on the phone mostly waiting and still no help. In the branch they work on tiny tablets and if the don't work neither do the staff they send you home!!! After a nice wait outside first. Also all the outside ATM;s are always out of order yet across the road Nat West work 100% of the time. Is it a to make people use Nat west so staff don't have to fill up their machines??
