"When I rang to cancel my policy over the phone as I had sold my car, firstly the person on the other end spoke so quickly that I had to ask 4 times for them to repeat themselves more slowly. Despite having 3 month left on the policy, I was informed that there was a cancellation fee of over \u00a360, but as I only had around \u00a334 worth of credit, they would only charge me that for the cancellation fee. And they acted like they were doing me a favour. Please check small print carefully when choosing insurance, because I was unaware of any cancellation fee. When I had done similar with Hastings Direct the previous year, there was no fee, despite only being insured for 2 days with them."
