Purchasing was easy but there was an issue with my proof of NCB which resulted in lloyds cancelling my policy and notifying me 2 weeks later. Raised an official complaint which was dealt with fairly well but then when I moved house and changed address I was basically fined 30 pounds and my payments went up despite the fact I moved to a better area with a private drive and garage and had previously been parking on the main road in the town centre! Ridiculous!!! I again raised a complaint and as a goodwill they cancelled the 30 pounds fine but I would certainly not recommend. I cannot wait until my year is up!
(I have been driving for 15 years and had no claims etc and this is the worst car insurance provider i have ever dealt with)
