So far so good, but minus 1 star because my chequebook has not arrived.
I've moved over to lloyds because barclays hates its customers and has closed all its branches.
So nice to actually have service from humans. Barclays has no White staff so it was quite a culture shock to be served by a nice lady who is the same colour as me. I believe staff should be representative of the people and communities they serve.
The debit card is very legible for anyone who has a visual impairment. Unlike Barclays who switched my card for the visually impaired to one I can't read.
Bye bye Barclays, hello lloyds.
