Opened an account with them only because I was promised large print hard copy statements.
After several months these have failed to materialise so I'm in the process of closing the account.
Such a waste of my time as I now need to transfer all my money out and back into the original account.
They also sent me pointless, useless nuisance emails so i had to block them.
Talk about an exercise in futility.
