Belittling a customer for coming into the branch for a copy of a bank statement and being asked abruptly why can’t you do this at home is rude!
Whispering to your cashier in front of me making comments about customers asking for statements is also rude!
Your cashier looked extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed!
Branch manager needs customer service training!
