Went into newton Abbot lloyds bank today to help a client change her phone number on her account we could not do it on the phone why I have no idea.
Anyway we waited in a queue for ages
A man in his 80s I guess was stood there to waiting no one asked if he was alright to stand for ages no chair for him to rest on.
Then the elderly man got to the counter
The staff member said and what did you come in today for?
No Hello sir how an I help you today

Then a member of staff asked a man behind us what he wanted in the bank today he said I only want to change my address on the account.
The staff member told him to computers were down so he could wait in the queue or wait for the lady behind to finish what she was doing.
The man then said louder I only want to change my address can't you take my details and do it for me later when the computer is sorted
Then a woman staff member came from behind the tils to him raising her voice at him
He said do not speak to me like that you have no right to speak to me like that so she went back behind the counter again
Then the man was talking to other customers behind him and out the woman staff member comes again to him pointing her finger at him and she looked like a mad woman she looked so aggressive her face was like thunder.
Hello he's a customer??
He was just voicing his opinion which was entirely correct
Staff member should have been able with training to calm him with ease as he was only annoyed 🙄
Staff member had no right to come out and point her finger at him and say things to him.
She could have stayed were she was he was not a problem and did not speak unkindly to any staff member.
Shocking customer care .
Not the first time I have seen this in newton Abbot branch
Staff member would have been caught on the banks own camera.
She needs sacking who the hell does she think she is.
What a horrible creature she is .
I took two accounts out of lloyds bank after the management was horrible to me just after I had lost my baby bro.
I am now removing 2 more accounts from them
So vote with your feet people
Nationwide staff are so kind always lots of staff on brilliant
And you get 200 pounds to move banks
It's a win win.
