Elisha supported me with my banking app, and Teams app on phone. Elisha, was personable, helpful, attentive and able to show me how to use the App, safely and securely. She also set up an Teams call with an adviser, enabling me to discuss my finances and how best I can, gain interest etc. Thankyou great service.
