If I could score a zero I would...
Upon having my first accident (third party at fault), Lloyds insurance were not at all interested in helping because I wasn't prepared to claim on my own insurance. I have been pushed from pillar to post with companies I haven't heard of, lloyds do not want to know. They even lied to me explaining that I couldn't take the claim further with third party as their insurance company wasn't even aware of the accident - offence, no???? I rang Aviva myself to find out the third party had reported the accident as I did on the day. Despicable.
Shocking service considering the money I spend a month.
I will NOT be renewing, in a million years, never again.
