Have been with lloyds for 25 years but finally have had enough of the dreadful service at the Chingford E4 branch
There are less cashiers now only 2 with the horrendous new automated teller which I tried to use today as queue was very long as usual
Branch opened late 1015 instead of 930
I felt humiliated in the branch by the way the cashier Christine spoke to me when my card was retained in the machine because I was timed out
She wanted I'd to prove who I was even though I have banked there for 20 years
I used to enjoy seeing the staff there but they have all gone now
There is no customer service anymore at the Chingford branch
I am looking forward to changing my account now using switch service
I am disgusted with how hard it was to pay money into my account
