Spoke this morning to a very helpful pleasant man at LLoyds car insurance called John.
The object of my call was to include on my insurance my son visiting from Sydney for 3 weeks. My son has no convictions continuous licence etc and Lloyds can't insure him! Have always had him insured before on visits but ofcourse I had different insurance company at the those times. Seems I need a new company now. Very disappointed at lack of client care and professionalism.
