Lloyds insurance offer absolutely appalling customer service. It's practically non existent. Be Warned - if they get something wrong they are not willing to correct it and want 2 days for a manager to call you back and 5 days for their customer relations to get in touch by post or email!!!! When you have a problem today...you need some action today!!! Not next week!!!
This is honestly the very worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. God knows what would happen if you needed to make a claim.!!!!
